It’s a bumper sweet potato harvest! Sweet potato rice was my favorite when I was a kid. Today, while the weather is sunny, my mother said let’s make sweet potato fries! Well, just do it! Haha, the sweet potato fries with ginger and orange peel are very appetizing. You won’t feel tired after eating more! Take it as a snack, it is the healthiest snack!
