Steamed Egg with Shrimp

  1. Wash the fresh prawns, remove the heads, tails and shells, pick out the shrimp strings, marinate with a little salt and cooking wine for a while.

  2. Break the free-range eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water (one to one ratio) and stir evenly to remove the foam. Cut the ham into small pieces and set aside.

  3. Wash the peas, blanch them in boiling water for ten minutes, remove and drain.

  4. Put the delicious shrimps into the egg liquid one by one.

  5. Add peas. Put the steamer with boiling water on high heat for five minutes, then lower the heat for five minutes, then add the ham sausage, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for ten minutes.

  6. Take out the steamed eggs and drizzle them with sesame oil and light soy sauce.
