Wash and dry the salmon, rub salt and rice wine on both sides

Peel and mince the garlic (or break it into pieces and mince it) ♥ The garlic in the picture is yellow in color because it has been frozen.

Cut the butter into small pieces and arrange them evenly

Wrap in baking paper, microwave on medium for 3~4 minutes (or steam for 6~8 minutes), and serve. ♥Bake in a small oven for 8~10 minutes (line with tin foil instead of cover).
