Mango Sago
Overview
Sago is a good drink in summer. Add some coconut milk and put it in the refrigerator to cool down. The coconut milk is fragrant and the fruit is sweet. Take one bite and it will be refreshing to the bottom of your heart.

I used large sago

Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add sago. Be sure to boil it before putting it in, otherwise the sago will rot in the cold water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Do not open the lid and turn off the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes

After the first stew, the outside of the sago is transparent, but the inside is still white and hard.

Filter water. The sago is crystal clear.
