Cold vermicelli and kelp

I like eating cold dishes very much, and vermicelli is one of my favorites.

Soak the vermicelli in warm water. Vermicelli is not easy to soak. You can heat it over fire, but not for too long. Soak the vermicelli, cool it down in cold water, drain and put in a basin.

Add chopped green onions (partially), minced garlic, chili oil, ready-to-eat kelp from the supermarket, chicken essence, and a little sesame oil.

Stir evenly, place on a plate, and sprinkle chopped green onion on top for decoration.

Start eating.
