Milk cocoa two-color corn toast

Overview

I make one-touch bread every day. Occasionally, if I have time, I can add a little color to the bread to make it look more beautiful. Because it is made with a bread machine and I am not a patient person, the shaping process is relatively simple and does not require any special tools. As long as you have your hands, it will be OK. This time I still used the medium seeding method, but changed to refrigerated medium seeding. The refrigerated medium-sized bread method is more suitable for office workers and people who don’t have much time at night. You can prepare the medium-sized bread ingredients first, then put them in the refrigerator, and then put the bread machine in the bread machine to make bread after get off work in the afternoon of the next day. This shortens the time in sections and still retains the softness of the medium-sized bread. It also extends the aging time of the bread. I like this method very much.

  1. Pour the medium-sized dough ingredients into the bread machine, knead the dough until all ingredients are evenly mixed, then put it into a basin, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator to ferment for 16 hours. (The medium material is the main ingredient)

  3. Put the corn kernels into the fruit box, then select the dough kneading program, set the time to 15 minutes, and start. When the dough kneading program is finished, put the butter into the bread bucket, select the one-click sweet bread program, OK, medium brown, OK, 900 grams, OK, check the fruit ingredients, OK, and then start the program. (I didn’t have enough corn kernels at home, so I only used 20 grams, otherwise I could put more)

  5. When the secondary exhaust is finished, press the stop button immediately, then take out the dough and shape it. First divide the dough into two pieces in a ratio of about 6:4, then knead the seasonings and small pieces of dough together to make cocoa dough. Then cut the large dough into pieces, and then cut the cocoa dough into pieces and spread it on top. The noodles at this stage have basically reached the complete stage and are easily torn apart. It’s very troublesome to take photos after plastic surgery, so I took a few photos.

  9. minutes before the end of baking, open the lid of the bread machine, apply egg liquid, honey, or milk on the surface of the bread, and sprinkle with crispy chips (use the leftover bread from the past, just sprinkle it on. This step can be ignored). Finally, when the entire process is finished, take the bread bucket out of the bread machine.
