Wash the pork belly without cutting it. Boil the pork belly in water for 15 minutes. When cooked, take it out, soak it in cold water and then slice it into pieces. Please see the picture for thickness. Set aside for later use

Then cut the small peppers into pieces as shown in my picture

Pour a little oil into the pot, add the pork belly, the heat should not be too high, stir-fry for six minutes, add salt and light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry until it turns golden brown. When the oil comes out of the pork belly, add minced garlic and stir-fry for one minute. Add the small line pepper, add thirteen spices and pepper and stir-fry for three minutes. Add a little chicken essence and it is ready to serve
