Cartoon Horse Cookies

Overview

My child is born in the year of the Horse. Make cartoon horse cookies for him as a Children's Day gift. Happy Children's Day to my son. I also wish all the children a happy Children’s Day! !

1. 1 Put butter and sugar in a container and mix well. Add the egg yolk and mix evenly.

   

2. 2 Divide the evenly stirred butter egg yolk paste into two portions. Add cake flour and 1 tsp cocoa powder in one portion. Add cake flour and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder to another portion.

   

3. 3 Put both portions of dough into plastic bags and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

   

4. 4 Use a mold to press out an oval shape.

   

5. 5 Use a lighter color to make the horse's face.

   

6. 6 Attach to ears.

   

7. 7 Make expressions and horse mane.

   

8. 8 Place in the oven at 175 degrees and bake for 12 minutes.

   

9. 9 Finally use melted chocolate to make the eyes.
