This is the white porridge in the morning, (because I am eating alone, I only boil it with water for one person). Add boiling water, add a little more, because I will add seaweed at the end, add some cooking oil, add a few slices of ginger and bring to a boil. If you want it to be soft and rotten, cook for a longer time. When it is almost done, add short greens, boil until soft and add shrimps. When the shrimps are cooked, add a small amount of salt and turn off the heat.
