Remove the stems from the okra and blanch it.

Cutting bevel blade.

Place on plate.

Make a sauce: mince garlic, add salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil.

Add a little cold boiled water and stir evenly to melt the salt.

Pour the sauce into the okra, mix well and serve.
