Shredded king oyster mushrooms
Overview
This is a very simple cold dish. Pleurotus eryngii is steamed and then served cold. It tastes very chewy and is very suitable for summer consumption.

Wash one king oyster mushroom, put it in a pot and steam it for fifteen minutes.
