Stir-fried bitter melon with bell pepper

Cut the bitter melon in half, remove the seeds, slice it, marinate it with 1 teaspoon of salt for 15 minutes to release the bitter water, then rinse it with water to remove the salt, and pinch it while rinsing to remove the bitter taste.

Remove seeds from small bell peppers, cut into pieces, and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant.

Add bitter melon and stir-fry until slightly soft. Add salt, sugar and chicken powder and stir-fry evenly.
