Three shredded platter
Overview
Tacit understanding - the feeling found in ordinary life! Although my husband is not from the north, we accept, tolerate and understand each other, and have reached a consensus on our living habits! Before we met, my husband didn’t eat steamed buns (or didn’t like to eat steamed buns). Under my guidance and as I made various fancy steamed buns and hanaki, my husband gradually started to like them. Now, I am asked to steam steamed buns or Hanamaki every now and then... The steamed buns and Hanamaki served with cold vegetables are even more delicious. Especially breakfast, millet porridge, flower rolls, and cold dishes are simple and nutritious!
