A simple quick dish that can be fried in 10 minutes and goes great with a bowl of rice.

Peel, wash and cut lettuce.

Cut into thin slices.

Prepare minced garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add lettuce, a little oyster sauce, salt, five-spice powder and chicken essence, stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes and remove from the pan.

Crunchy romaine lettuce is ready.
