Overview

I made the leftover sushi rice from Ochazuke rice and decided to make some sushi. I happened to buy some sakura powder. Let’s try sakura sushi!

  1. Stir in appropriate amount of sushi vinegar while the cooked sushi rice is still hot

  2. Prepare ingredients: cut avocado into small strips, cut ham into strips, large root strips
