Soak the hairy cabbage in clean water and wash it.

Cut the vegetable into stem and leaf halves.

Add salt and a drop of oil to the water. The oil is added to keep the vegetable leaves green.

First, scald the stems of woolen greens and remove them when cooked.

Blanch the vegetable leaves again.

Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
