The weather is getting colder and I have been vegetarian recently, so I made a pot of vegetarian beef and tofu pot. The whole family loves to eat, it’s delicious and you won’t be afraid of getting fat

  1. Prepare the ingredients

  3. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot, fry two poached eggs, then add 800ML cold water and turn on high heat and wait for the water to boil.

  4. After boiling, pour into the pot, then add 500ML of stock and cook over high heat.

  5. Pour in the vegetarian beef cubes and tofu skin and continue to cook over high heat.

  6. After the soup comes to a boil, add green peppers, tofu cubes, mushrooms, and garlic, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat.

  7. After the soup boils again, reduce the heat to low, add chicken essence, salt, white pepper, millet minced pepper and balsamic vinegar, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

  8. After stewing out a rich aroma, (put the chopped chives in the soup bowl for later use. After filling the first spoonful, I realized that I forgot to take a picture of the spare chive soup bowl

  9. Because some people in my family can't eat spicy food, I only made it medium spicy. But I usually add twice as much millet chopped pepper (super spicy type) as today. You can make it according to your own taste.
