Spicy Cabbage Fried Rice
Overview
Ever since I bought a rice cooker in Japan, I have become very fond of rice. I have to admire these little Japanese appliances. They are really different. The cooked rice is full of grains, and the rice is fragrant in the mouth. There is no steam in the whole process, and the nutrition of the rice is well preserved. For me who has no interest in eating rice, it is really a change. I cooked some more and used it to make spicy cabbage fried rice. It tastes great!
