Cut the pork loin into strips, add salt, pepper, cooking wine and 1 spoon of starch and marinate for 1 hour.

Coat the marinated tenderloin strips with starch.

Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes.

Let the fried tenderloin strips cool and then fry again for 3 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon each of cooking wine, starch, light soy sauce, and white vinegar, 3 tablespoons each of tomato paste, and white sugar. Stir evenly to form a sauce.

Bring the sauce to a boil over low heat, stir-fry the tenderloin strips until they are fully coated with the sauce.
