Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the glutinous rice in water overnight,
-
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and soak fungus (the fungus is added after the fungus so it is not shown in the picture)
-
Dice the soaked fungus, mushrooms and ham
-
Drain the water from the glutinous rice, put the cut ingredients into it, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and cooking wine and stir
-
Make a slit on the edge of the fried tofu, being careful not to cut other parts of the tofu
-
The fried tofu should be soaked in hot water for a while to soften it
-
Stuff the mixed ingredients into the fried tofu. This step takes time, so don’t rush!
-
Place the stuffed tofu on a plate and steam it in a steamer for about 20 minutes
-
If you don’t have a steamer, you can also put water in the pot and cook it for five minutes (note: just fill half of the tofu with water.) Then put it in a rice cooker and steam it together with the rice
-
It's steamed, dear, add a pair of chopsticks~ It's time to eat...!
