I am very grateful to Xinyuan Sunshine Agriculture Co., Ltd. for providing Xinnong brand vegetables. They are vegetables that can be eaten with confidence. Each vegetable in them is labeled with the date of release. There were two big king oyster mushrooms in the vegetable gift box, so I remembered to make king oyster mushrooms in oyster sauce. The taste of the king oyster mushrooms was very fresh and tender.

Cut the king oyster mushroom into 2~3 mm thick slices;

Cut a flower knife on one side of the king oyster mushroom slices, being careful not to cut through;

Put a little cooking oil in a pan, add the king oyster mushroom slices and fry until both sides are brown, then take them out;

Then put the fried king oyster mushrooms into the wok, pour a small amount of hot water, add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and 3 grams of white sugar;

Then add 1.5 tsp of umami soy sauce and cook over low heat for 2 minutes until the king oyster mushrooms are fragrant;

Decorate the plate in advance and place the cooked king oyster mushrooms on the plate;

Pour a little water starch over the remaining soup in the wok to thicken the gravy;
