Spicy Butter Grilled Corn
Overview
To beat KFC's corn on the cob, of course, I have to use the advanced recipe of my three-star Michelin chef Gordon Ramsay. This roasted corn recipe specially adds dried chili peppers to the butter, making it full of flavor. The steps for this recipe are simple, try it at home when you have time!

Steps
-
Prepare the materials and prepare them for later use.
-
Use a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Use kitchen paper to remove excess moisture from the surface of the corn, then place it in a pan and fry for 4 to 5 minutes until all sides are browned and slightly caramelized.
-
Add half a bowl of water to the pot, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes until the water dries up and the corn is completely cooked.
-
While adding water to cook the corn, put the butter, dried chili peppers, and coriander leaves into a small bowl and stir well. Add a little sea salt and black pepper.
-
When the corn is cooked through and the water in the pot has dried up, pour the butter mixture over the corn and let it melt slowly.
-
Continue to pour the melted butter over the corn with a spoon for 30 seconds to allow the corn to absorb the juice.
-
Transfer the corn to a plate, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, squeeze some lime juice and enjoy this delicious corn on the cob that beats KFC.
