Scrape off the surface mucosa of the squid and use a cutting knife

Soak in water and set aside

Cut onions and green and red peppers into slices

Add half a pot of water to the soup pot and bring to a boil. Blanch the squid rolls. The squid rolls will roll up naturally. Remove and drain.

Heat the wok over high heat and add peanut oil

Pour the squid rolls into the pan and stir-fry for a while

Add dark soy sauce, vinegar and sugar

Stir-fry until the soup thickens

Add onions and green and red pepper slices to the pot and stir-fry evenly
