Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Overview
I bought milk-baked chocolate beans just to make soft cookies. I copied Quduoduo at home and added oats to upgrade the taste~

Soften butter at room temperature.

Add brown sugar.

Add sugar.

Beat butter until feathery and fluffy.

Pour in the egg mixture in three batches.

Beat until fully absorbed.

Sift in cocoa powder, cake flour, and baking soda.

After stirring until there is no dry powder, add oats and chocolate beans. (The oats were raw, I toasted them.)

Mix well.

Divide into small balls of 40g each.

Press flat. Do it all.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for about 20 minutes.

After baking, let it cool naturally.
