Sauerkraut Bullfrog
Overview
I originally wanted to eat fish fillets with pickled vegetables, but I went to the market in the morning and couldn’t buy any boneless fish fillets. I already bought the pickled vegetables, so I had to make something! I saw a store selling bullfrog, and I thought I could cook sauerkraut. Let’s give it a try~

Ingredients: Wash the blood of bullfrog and cut into pieces

Pour the marinade in the pickled cabbage buns into the bullfrog, add a little cooking wine and mix well
