Overview
The soy milk machine at home is more than 10 years old. It is still the kind that needs to be filtered after making the soy milk. The filtered okara has a high protein content and high nutritional value. Adding some other ingredients will neutralize the rough taste of the okara and turn it into another delicious food.

Add water to the bean dregs first and purge it out.

Add flour and yeast powder and knead into dough to rise.

Let the dough rise until it doubles in size and has rich honeycombs. Poke a hole with your hand and it will wake up without rebounding.

After the dough is deflated, knead it into small pieces.

Knead the small portion into a round shape and form a steamed bun embryo. After kneading, wake up for 15 minutes.

Pour cold water into the pot, turn on medium heat and steam for 20 minutes.
