Chives and Pork Dumplings
Overview
Leek and pork dumplings, I loved eating them when I was a child and have fond memories of it.

Chop the leeks and set aside.

Grind the pork in a meat grinder or chop by hand.

Mix meat, leeks, and salt together.

Wrap the dumplings and steam them over water for about 15 minutes until cooked (soy sauce and balsamic vinegar can be used as seasonings). Or cook the dumplings directly.

It’s done and ready to eat! After the dumplings are cooked, add some chopped green onion and coriander to make them taste fresher.
