Overview
This is the fourth biscuit I have made, and I am really getting better at making it. Simple recipe, surprisingly delicious. I really highly recommend this biscuit. I can’t stop eating it. Come and try it.

Steps
-
To prepare the raw materials, you can chop the blackcurrants into appropriate pieces. Sift the flour and baking powder in advance and set aside.
-
After softening the butter, add the sugar in three batches and beat until the volume is slightly expanded and the color becomes lighter.
-
Add the sugar in portions, beating evenly each time.
-
Add the beaten eggs in three batches and beat evenly. Beat each time until the butter and egg liquid are completely combined, then add the next time.
-
Add salt evenly and beat evenly, it should be thick and smooth.
-
Finished whipping.
-
Add baking powder, cake flour and raisins.
-
Knead the dough with your hands (just form a ball, don’t knead too much)
-
Place it on a chopping board, roll it into a flat shape with a rolling pin, and then place it in the freezer of the refrigerator to freeze for one or more pieces.
-
Take out the frozen dough, cut it into strips with a knife, place it on a baking sheet, preheat the oven to 190 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.

It’s great when eaten hot or cold~~~ This is my favorite biscuit at the moment. (I don’t know if it has something to do with my liking for blackcurrants)
