"Sou Fen" Spinach and Chicken Liver Rice Noodles

The rice noodles purchased online have arrived, so I quickly made some using the ingredients I had available.

Wash the chicken livers and put them in cold water.

Add table salt.

Add onion and ginger braised meat.

Cook and set aside.

Take rice noodles.

Boil water in a pot, add rice noodles when the water is about 40 degrees.

Bring the pot to a boil and reduce the heat to medium-low.

Cook the rice noodles for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add washed spinach and salt.

Bring to a boil over high heat and cut the chicken liver into cubes.

Cut chicken liver into cubes.

Plate.

Add oil and chili pepper.

I forgot to add chicken essence, so I added more chicken essence. If there is stock, no chicken essence is used.
