  1. Wash the chicken livers and put them in cold water.

  6. Boil water in a pot, add rice noodles when the water is about 40 degrees.

  7. Bring the pot to a boil and reduce the heat to medium-low.

  8. Cook the rice noodles for about 3 to 4 minutes.

  9. Add washed spinach and salt.

  10. Bring to a boil over high heat and cut the chicken liver into cubes.
