It’s hot and I have no appetite, so come and try this bowl of side dish - shredded cabbage. Whether it is served with rice or mixed with noodles, it will definitely go with your meal.

Prepare the ingredients. Remove the old leaves from the outside of the cabbage (you can keep them for frying) and use the tenderer inner part

Wash the cabbage and cut it into shreds. Try to be as thin as possible. Cabbage shreds don’t like to get wet, so thinner ones are better for flavor

Add salt, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes

Chop the garlic and ginger

Chop the small peppers and soak them in boiling water for 5 minutes

Pour the pickled cabbage shreds into boiling water, stir briefly for a few times, then take them out and squeeze them dry

Add chili water and garlic sauce
