  2. Wash the cabbage and cut it into shreds. Try to be as thin as possible. Cabbage shreds don’t like to get wet, so thinner ones are better for flavor

  3. Add salt, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes

  5. Chop the small peppers and soak them in boiling water for 5 minutes
