Brown rice porridge with scallops and shrimps
Overview
I made such a simple and delicious breakfast porridge using local materials. I had newly bought Green Emperor scallops at home and chilled shrimps that my friend had just sent from Qingdao in the refrigerator.

The night before, soak the scallops and defrost the shrimps. Then marinate the shrimps with light soy sauce, green onion and ginger cooking wine for half an hour.

Before going to bed, put it into the stew pot with rice, add mineral water, and turn on the slow simmering mode.
