I went back to my parents’ house for dinner on May 1st. My mother made this dish. It tasted good. My husband asked me to make it too, so I tried it myself

Wash the mushrooms in clean water and remove the stems

Chop ginger into powder

Chop the mushroom base into mince, mince the meat into mince, mince the green onion into mince, add the minced ginger

Add appropriate amount of salt, MSG, cooking wine and soy sauce
