Ingredients
Steps
-
Pick soft persimmons, peel and remove the stems, then knead them into puree
-
Use a slotted spoon to mash the kneaded persimmons into a fine paste! As shown in the figure
-
Use a little warm water to dissolve the yeast and baking powder and add it to the persimmon puree. Stir well before adding the flour! Add a small amount of sugar, because persimmons have a sweet taste! (Ordinary flour) and make a dough, just let it rest for ten minutes! Just as soft as dumpling noodles!
-
After the risen dough is smooth, cut it into small pieces of about 30 grams, and roll it into a one centimeter thick cake! As shown in the figure
-
Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, wait until the oil is hot, and fry the pancakes. If the dough on top of the pancakes is no longer sticky, then flip over and fry the back side. If you are afraid that they are not cooked properly, just flip over and fry the pancakes a little bit.
