First, get some bamboo of different sizes, leave a knot at both ends, and make a hole at one end to put food in. Once done, put water in it and wash it clean for later use.

I make two kinds of rice, sticky rice and glutinous rice. Soak the rice for about 5 hours in advance. After soaking, add salt and oil and stir it until ready to use.

Cut the ingredients and set aside.

Wash and set aside.

Then put the rice and ingredients into the bamboo tube, first put some rice and then the ingredients, continue like this until it is almost full, and then add water. If the rice is sticky, use more water, and just add less water as usual when cooking rice. Just add the glutinous rice to the rice, because the rice has been soaked, so there is no need to add so much water.

Then seal. Just seal it with a bamboo block.

Get a stove.

Put it in and cook until it boils at the mouth of the bamboo, then cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Wait for it to cool down before cutting it with a knife. Remember not to cut it when it is too cold. If it is too cold, it will not taste good.
