Mushroom Fried Sauce
Overview
I like to eat fried sauce, whether it is noodles or rice, it is particularly delicious. I saw a lot of posts about making fried sauce that usually use meat, but I am a vegetarian by nature, so I used shiitake mushrooms instead of meat and made a mushroom fried sauce. Shiitake mushrooms also taste meaty.

Prepare materials

Wash and cut the mushrooms into large pieces and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes

Remove from water, let cool and cut into cubes

Cut green onion into small pieces

Pour a little oil into the wok and stir-fry the chopped green onions

Pour in diced mushrooms

Stir well

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for about 2 minutes, until the water is basically dry

Put it in a bowl and you can mix it with noodles and eat
