Overview

Crispy roasted multi-flavor peanuts are as crispy and delicious as traditional fried multi-flavor peanuts, but less oily and healthier. Multi-flavored peanuts are a traditional snack. The main ingredients are flour and peanut kernels, and are paired with five-spice seasonings. For the sake of health, we are constantly improving. I tried the oven version before, but it was not crispy. Today I used Changdi CR32KEA, solar wind baking, to make crispy roasted multi-flavored peanuts that are comparable to fried ones. Father's Day is here. Dad's favorite snack, multi-flavored peanuts, is an improved version to give him healthy nutrition. Wish all the fathers in the world health and happiness!

  1. Prepare ingredients: peanut kernels, all-purpose flour, salt, white sugar, five-spice powder, maltose corn oil, baking powder, etc.;

  2. Preheat the oven, then cyclone heating, 160 degrees for 8 minutes, and roast the peanuts;

  4. All-purpose flour, five-spice powder, baking powder, salt, maltose, white sugar, add appropriate amount of water and mix well;

  5. Knead into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes;

  6. Divide a small ball into a small ball and flatten it with the palm of your hand;

  7. Take a peanut, put it into the package, and knead it into a smooth round;

  8. Line a baking sheet with silicone paper and place the prepared peanut rounds into the baking sheet;

  9. Preheat the oven, select cyclone heating, 170 degrees, 15 minutes; take it out after baking for 5 minutes and apply peanut oil. PS: Each oven is different and has slightly different functions, temperatures and times.
