Stir-fried fungus with leeks
Overview
These leeks were grown by my aunt at their house. I had not finished making dumplings but there was still a little bit left, but there wasn’t much left and I didn’t know what to make. Later, my mother said that it would be delicious to soak some fungus and stir-fry the leeks together. I was very questioning whether these two things would be delicious if they had not been eaten together. My mother said it was delicious and asked me to stir-fry it. I tried stir-frying this dish and it was really delicious~ I will make it when I get home~

Pick and wash leeks.

Soak the fungus with water and wash it in advance.

Cut the leeks into long sections.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the fungus and stir-fry.

Add the leeks and stir-fry until the leeks soften and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
