A tomato rice
Overview
Simple and delicious, you can learn it once you learn it. The tomatoes are very sour and go well with rice, making it a perfect summer dish.

First prepare the ingredients: 100g of rice; one tomato, of medium size; one potato, my potato is relatively small, weighing only 115g without peeling. If it is a large potato, it is recommended to use half. Of course, if you like potatoes, you can add more; half a carrot, if you like carrots, you can add more.

There is basically no need to handle the ingredients, just wash them all. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into small dices. Remove the stems and make a "X" incision on the top of the tomatoes. Don't cut them too big or cut them into four pieces.

Pour the rest of the ingredients except tomatoes into the rice cooker and add 120g of water. Use less water than usual because there is juice in the tomatoes. If it is the same as usual, it will probably become porridge. Add half a teaspoon of oil and appropriate amount of salt.

Place the tomato in the middle and start cooking. It will become very fragrant during the cooking process.

After cooking, open the pot and the tomato skin will peel off easily. You don’t have to peel it if you don’t mind. Mix the tomatoes until they are mashed and mix evenly with the rice.
