Material preparation, half watermelon, gelatine powder;

Scoop out the watermelon flesh (reserve the rind);

Use a juicer to squeeze 1000 ml of watermelon juice;

Soak 50 grams of gelatine powder in 200 ml of cold boiled water to allow it to fully absorb water, then heat over water to melt into liquid;

Turn off the heat, pour the watermelon juice into the melted gelatine powder, and mix evenly;

Strain the mixed watermelon juice jelly water through a strainer and pour it into the hollowed out watermelon shell;

Refrigerate for more than 4 hours until completely solidified;
