Garlic Vermicelli and Shrimp
Overview
A healthy steamed dish suitable for children. With this dish, my 4-year-old baby can finish a bowl of rice in minutes. It turns out that the usual habit of grinding while eating is because the dish is wrong, haha. In this way, the shrimp shell can be pulled directly from the back and the entire shrimp shell is removed.

Wash the shrimp, make an incision on the back, and take out the black thread. Don't use too much force, otherwise it will be cut through. (I also took out the internal organs of the brain so that the children could eat them and try to keep them as clean as possible)

Soak the vermicelli in advance. Generally, two rolls are enough.

After processing the shrimp, add an appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, or white wine, mix well, and let it sit for half an hour.

Chop the garlic into minced pieces. Generally, peeling about 10 pieces of garlic is enough.

Wash the green onions, cut them into mince and use them at the end. Take care of it first.

After the vermicelli is soaked, place it evenly on the bottom of the plate.

After the shrimps have rested for half an hour, place them on plates one by one, remembering to put the cut sides facing up. Convenient for subsequent actions.

Put oil in the pot, a little more oil. After the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and stir. When the minced garlic turns slightly yellow, turn off the heat.

Use a small spoon to evenly add the backs of the shrimps one by one; 2. Pour the steamed fish soy sauce onto the back of each shrimp.

After the water in the pot boils, put it into the pot and steam it for about 7 minutes. If you are afraid that it will taste a little tender, steam it for 5 minutes. I feed it to my children. I am afraid it is not cooked enough, so I steam it for 7 minutes. See for yourself.
