Prepare pork belly

Pork belly slices

Marinate the mixed pork belly for 1 hour

Add the cut pork belly to salt, sweet noodle sauce and soy sauce and mix well

Heat the wok, add glutinous rice and fry until slightly brown

Soak the fried glutinous rice in water for 30 minutes

Put the soaked glutinous rice and marinated pork belly together and mix well

Cut the pork belly into large pieces and put the skin down into the bowl

Steam the meat with the skin side down and put it into a plate to make it look beautiful

Boil water in a pot and steam over high heat for 30 minutes. Change to medium to low heat and steam for another 2 hours
