This was breakfast this morning. After the millet and egg custard was cooked, I was busy making pumpkin barley pancakes. Unexpectedly, the millet custard became thicker after a while. The photo was not very good-looking, but the nutrition was still the same. Millet contains as many as 18 kinds of nutrients and 17 kinds of amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids for the human body. Amino acids can promote the secretion of melatonin in the human body. Therefore, eating millet porridge can play a role in hypnosis, health care, and beauty.

  1. Wash the millet in water.

  2. Put the washed millet into a cooking pot, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low to make porridge.
