Wash the fresh fish and rice and insert them into corn syrup.

Add sugar to the cornmeal and knead it with boiling water, as long as there is no dry flour.

Then pour in the inserted corn syrup and stir evenly.

Put the dates into a plate, add rock sugar and 5 tablespoons of water and steam for 1 hour. When cool, squeeze out the date cores.

Pour the remaining sugar water into the steaming bowl and mix well to form jujube puree and set aside.

Put a layer of mixed cornmeal into the mooncake mold, leave a hole in the middle, add date paste as the filling, and then cover with a layer of mixed cornmeal.

Press it into shape and put it directly into the steamer. After the steamer is steamed, put the prepared snacks on high heat and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
