Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, and sesame oil to the meat filling and beat evenly in a clockwise direction

Stir cornstarch, flour, and baking powder evenly, add appropriate amount of water, and mix thoroughly. Don't dilute it too much. Use chopsticks to dip the paste into the paste until it flows down in a straight line. Finally, add some cooking oil and mix thoroughly so that the fried couplets will be crispy

Stuff the meat stuffing into the lotus root slices

Coat the outside of the lotus root box with another layer of flour, not too thick

Dip the lotus root box into the paste and wrap it evenly

Heat the oil to 50% heat and fry the lotus root box over medium-low heat for 5 minutes so that the ingredients are mature and crispy. After taking it out, wait until the oil temperature rises to 60% and re-fry the lotus root box for 30 seconds to spit out the excess oil and make it crispier.
