Salted egg yolk pearl meatballs
Overview
There was still a lot of salted duck eggs that I had pickled myself, and Old Geng's work unit sent some more, so he didn't have time to eat them. Little Geng wanted to eat pearl meatballs again, and salted egg yolk was his favorite, so he started making salted egg yolk pearl meatballs.
