  1. Wash the two chicken legs, remove the bones and remove the meat.

  2. Cut into small pieces, add 1/4 of salt, 1 spoon of cooking wine and appropriate amount of pepper.

  5. Then add 50 grams of starch to the chicken pieces and mix well with your hands.

  6. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan until it is smoking hot, add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and take out.
