Overview
The weather in the north is getting hotter, and the weather in the south is even hotter. Housewives are finding it harder and harder to cook. Recently, I mostly cook steamed and cold dishes, trying to reduce the time I spend in the kitchen. This steamed chicken feet is very simple, but it tastes really good.

Main ingredient: Clean chicken feet and remove toenails.

Cut the chicken feet into two pieces and marinate them with salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger foam, and Sichuan peppercorns for more than half an hour.

Pour cold water into the pot and steam over medium heat for half an hour after the water boils.

Sprinkle in chopped green onion, red pepper, a small amount of ginger foam, and pour in smoking hot oil.
