Mushroom and egg buns
Overview
The family wanted to eat vegetarian stuffed steamed buns. They used the ingredients available at home, mushrooms, eggs, and spring onions for seasoning. They were very fresh and delicious.

Pick and wash the mushrooms. Tear the mushrooms into small pieces and cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
