Peel and slice pumpkin and set aside

Place the pumpkin slices on a large plate and steam for 10 minutes.

Puree the steamed pumpkin slices in a blender.

Pour pumpkin puree into small pot.

Add two tablespoons of glutinous rice flour to water to make glutinous rice paste. (I used the water in the saucer of steamed pumpkin, which has pumpkin flavor.)

After the pumpkin puree is boiled, turn down the heat, pour in the glutinous rice paste, and stir well.

Stir pumpkin puree and glutinous rice paste and boil again,

Done.
