The newly picked pumpkin seedlings are the tender shoots of pumpkin seedlings. Picked by yourself, fresh to the minute. Rub the fuzz off the surface with water. The ones picked today are very tender and there is no old skin. If there is any, it needs to be peeled off

Cleaned pumpkin seedlings cut into sections

Fry the eggs and serve.
